I am a Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner with a background in sports therapy where I first developed a keen interest in mind-body connection linked to health and wellbeing. Working in the corporate field for 14 years I moved from commercial operations management roles to specialising for the past 7 years in learning and development consultancy.
With extensive experience of strategy creation and change management gained working on large scale business acquisitions I have a passion for developing natural curiosity and personal flexibility. Most recently I headed up Stores Learning and Development at W H Smith before becoming a freelance personal and business transformation coach.
My specialist areas working with individuals centre on managing personal change including aspects such as: self awareness, personal impact, goal setting, motivation strategies, self confidence and state management.
In a corporate environment I work with junior managers through to board directors in fields such as: organisational development, team dynamics, leadership, optimising stakeholder relationships, coaching and facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
As a member of the British Psychological Society I have a wealth of familiarity with a variety of psychometrics and their application with individuals and teams. For the past 7 years NLP has largely influenced my approach when working with clients as a “change catalyst”.
In addition to my South West based coaching and consultancy business www.catalystnlp.co.uk I work as an Associate NLP Trainer for Pegasus NLP in the New Forest. Pegasus is a long established NLP Training centre and a founder member of the Professional Guild of NLP, for more information visit www.nlp-now.co.uk

A core part of my business is working with individuals and businesses to create and deliver change. With individuals this is in the format of one to one coaching and career counselling. Within businesses this can range from executive coaching, and systems thinking interventions through to workshop design, facilitation and team solutions using psychometrics and NLP. I consult with each individual business to agree and design bespoke solutions.
