Crystals have been around for thousands of years and have been used by generations for their special vibrational qualities. They have a natural rhythm and are happy to share this with all living things. It’s a bit like acupuncture without the needles. Placing the appropriate crystals on certain areas of the body bring about a balance, without which we can struggle to function properly. We’ve all had times when we feel “out of sorts” but cannot explain why. It’s because there is an imbalance, a blockage that can be easily rebalanced or cleared by placing a crystal on the corresponding chakra or part of the body – for instance on your forehead or on your belly.

We all grow up following others advice and guidance, but we are all unique individuals and sometimes the things we’ve been told to be or do don’t completely fit with our character.
